We are a dynamic staffing and IT services company based in Zurich, Switzerland, dedicated to providing top-notch services to some of the country’s most attractive employers. Our team is international and diverse, with several Talent Sourcers already working remotely from various parts of the world. Within our team, we collectively speak 10 languages and dialects, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and effective communication.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and maintaining high-quality standards in all we do. To foster strong communication and collaboration, we hold daily team meetings, bi-weekly reviews, and ensure senior team members are available on an ad-hoc basis to address your needs and questions.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source candidates for IT roles in Switzerland.
  • Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates to understand their goals and match them to suitable opportunities.
  • Presenting Opportunities: Inform candidates about relevant job opportunities and guide them through the application process.
  • Application Preparation: Assist candidates in preparing their applications.
  • Support Recruiters: Provide support to Recruiters throughout the application process.
  • CRM Development: Help develop and maintain our company’s CRM.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Affinity for IT: A strong interest and understanding of the IT sector.
  • Willingness to Learn: An eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Personality: Bright, friendly, professional, respectful, and collaborative.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in one of the following languages: Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, or French.
  • Quality Awareness: A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Customer Orientation: Act in a manner that is focused on the needs of the customer.
  • Resilience and Flexibility: The ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
