Key Responsibilities:

1. Hiring and Talent Acquisition:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a clear path with the managing team for our future hiring structure and determine the best candidates for each role.
  • Talent Recruitment: Identify and recruit top talent that aligns with our company’s core values and vision.

2. Onboarding and Training:

  • Seamless Integration: Implement a seamless onboarding process to integrate new team members into our culture and operations.
  • Continuous Development: Provide ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their respective roles.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including updating to-do lists and issues lists.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize and facilitate weekly meetings, ensuring clear communication and feedback.

4. Technical Support:

  • E-commerce Assistance: Act as the point of contact for technical support related to our e-commerce platforms and applications (no programming involved).

5. Process Optimization:

  • Efficiency Enhancement: Streamline and enhance hiring, onboarding, and training procedures to maximize efficiency and efficacy.
  • SOP Management: Take charge of organizing existing and forthcoming administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Serve as the central integrator for the company-wide SOPs structure.
