Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Customer Support Center. You’ll handle customer calls, answer questions, and resolve issues. You’ll also collaborate with different Harley-Davidson teams to solve both routine and complex problems.

What You Need

Education

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $34,100 – $51,200 (depending on location and experience)
  • Benefits: Annual bonuses, health insurance, 401k program, employee discounts, and more.
