Who You Are

As the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring their success. In this dynamic position, you’ll be responsible for onboarding clients and establishing strong, lasting relationships that drive long-term success.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues during the onboarding phase. At the same time, you’ll champion our clients’ needs within Deel, advocating for new products and capabilities that will help expand their business with us. Your role will involve coordinating all stakeholders to ensure timely and successful onboarding.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of our Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform for a diverse set of clients, ensuring timely completion.
  • Product Expertise: Become a Deel expert, providing valuable insights to customers and colleagues by understanding our products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Communication & Presence: Clearly and persuasively communicate with stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and credibility. Understand customer use cases and align them with Deel’s best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Creatively and resourcefully resolve complex problems, offering global payroll expertise to customers and internal teams, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Team Contribution: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience and R&D, making meaningful contributions to collective success and helping develop and document best practices.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 4+ years in a customer onboarding or implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance.
  • Customer Obsession: A demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching, whether it’s a customer or a colleague.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You are focused, action-oriented, and always thinking ahead.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and excel in an autonomous work setting, expertly prioritizing tasks and identifying internal and external blockers.

Bonus Points

  • Industry Knowledge: 4+ years of experience in Implementation or Technical Account Management at a fast-paced SaaS company, with proficiency in HR, Payroll, Benefits, Project Management, or Fintech.
  • Global Experience: Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across various time zones.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, and Gainsight.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese as a bonus.
