What We Offer

As a Senior Indirect Supply Management Professional, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and execution of category plans, contracting, and sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and support company goals. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Risk, and Security, to ensure contract agreement compliance and protect the company’s interests.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate complex professional services agreements and statements of work
  • Develop and execute cost savings strategies to support company goals and commitments
  • Deliver value to the organization through RFx documents, supplier proposals, and supplier recommendation and qualification
  • Support multiple domestic and international indirect spend categories
  • Drive results with a moderate level of guidance and direction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in supply chain, marketing, business administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated performance in technical competencies of Indirect Procurement and contract management
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and/or lead a group or team providing guidance to members
  • Experience with international contracting and supply chain
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Professional, clear, and effective communication skills
