Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain executives’ appointments and calendars.
- Email Management: Manage and organize email communications.
- Presentation and Spreadsheet Preparation: Prepare presentations and spreadsheets as needed.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and create content.
- Process Development: Create structure, workflow, and processes to improve efficiency.
- Research and Recommendations: Research technologies and make recommendations to clients.
- CRM Administration: Update and manage client data in CRM systems.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, cars, hotels, and restaurants for clients.

Key Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability: Be available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours and able to dedicate at least 20 hours/week.
- Administrative Experience: Have experience in an administrative support role.
- In-Home Office Setup: Have a dedicated in-home office setup with a Mac or PC computer, webcam, and minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed.
- Fast Internet Connection: Have a fast and reliable internet connection.
- Smartphone: Have a smartphone with email capabilities.
- Designated Professional Space: Have a designated professional, quiet space for work.
Additional Information
- 1099 Contractor Role: This is a 1099 contractor role.
- Pay Range: The Virtual Assistant pay range is $18 – $21 per hour based on experience and skillset.
